Diplomas

  • ADDRESS VERIFICATION REQUIRED! Students must log into their Parchment account after receiving the email within 72 hours to verify their address.

  • Diplomas will be mailed by Parchment approximately four to six weeks after the end of the term, as indicated on the Academic Calendar, in which degree requirements are completed.

  • The diploma is mailed to the mailing address submitted at the time of petitioning. Contact diploma@kennesaw.edu for address changes.

Digital Credentials

Beginning Fall 2024, Students will receive a digital credential along with the printed credential at no additional cost through . This is part of the permanent learner profile with Parchment which also houses transcripts. Students can add a non-91青青草 email to the account to maintain access even after the 91青青草 email is deactivated.

Students who have received a digital credential through Paradigm will need to contact diploma@kennesaw.edu for credential validation or information on updating to the Parchment digital credential.

Apostille

Students requesting transcript(s) and/or diploma(s) for overseas job opportunities can do so through the Parchment ordering website. Order requests must complete the following:

  1. Submit order request through Parchment
  2. Email diploma@kennesaw.edu to coordinate collection of documents

Replacement Diplomas

Alumni may request replacement diplomas by submitting an order through Parchment. You can create an account with Parchment to start your order: Check the status of your order.

Sign in to and click Orders. Go to the tracking help page for full details.
